My new invention

6 March, 2009 (03:31) | Uncategorized

Since I haven’t recieved my disks from my robot show yet im going to build a electric car. I already have the fiberglass body finished. I have a small car that has a two cylinder engine that I will be using for parts. It will have a motor that will run by itself while charging my lithium batteries or it will run 60 mph for 40 miles on electricity. Its a good thing I was left an inheritance or I couldn’t do all of these things. My electric car like all electrics don’t have a transmission to destroy. In india they just released the cheapest new car in the world,it costs 2,500dollars and goes 65 mph with a two cylinder motor and is certified safe in american standards. It gets 60 to 70 miles per gallon. Its really not hard to build a electric car if your an ex mechanic but I had to study up on lithium batteries so I don’t electricute myself. Lithium batteries are a lot lighter and are more powerful but take longer to charge,It will be the last thing I put in the car,I ordered them but there is a shortage of them and they cost a fortune,3000 dollars,I spent way less on my robot but way more time on him and time is money. I built my fiberglass car exactly to the same specs as my little honda so all the glass and other parts should fit in nicely. I sometimes think im crazy for doing all of these things because I also have two jobs but one job is slowing down, its repairing robotic welders at a new car place at GM and it seems everyone is keeping there old car until it dies and I have two Toyotas that have over 200thousand miles on them and there still like new,you just change the oil every 3000 miles and change the transmission fluid every 60 thousand miles even if they say to change it every 100 thousand miles,I found that out the hard way. I know I promised to put Ted on vox but im computer illiterate and my nefew who is going to help me put it up went back to school but im going to kidnap him soon and get him to help me. Even when I built Ted my robot it took three of my computer expert friends to install the three computers in him and they lost me the second day,I taught myself how to use this computer and I have only 1 year experience but im getting better slowly,I can’t believe how much there is to learn on these things. One good thing is I can charge my electric car with my electric producing windmill,I promised you I would tell you my savings after I got three electric bills, well it was 110 dollars a month, now its 30 dollars a month. I really want to make a car that runs on natural gas, that might be my next project, with a kit I can splice into my natural gas input pipe and fill my car at home and its a third as much cost as regular gas but thats in the future and I never know what will change my mind. I still have all of the schematics to build a electric producing windmill and would be glad to send anyone them if your interested, its not hard to build and kind of fun and can save you lots of money. Take care  Roboter

Our Trip Route

2 March, 2009 (14:17) | Uncategorized

We left San Antonio on April 29, 2005, and returned home in September.
Our first stop was El Paso
Our 2nd stop on April 30, was Prince of Tucson RV Park on the northwest side. It was right on IH 10, but surprisingly quiet and very clean

Larry likes to spend his time polishing on the RV……I like the computer.

May 4th - 6th

We were on our way to Hearst Castle (we thought). We were advised not go go over the Grapevine, but rather go towards San Bernadino. After we turned on IH-10 onto State Road 30, the left front brake really started smoking.
This was leftover from having a grease job before leaving home. They were told not to grease the brake calipers, but did anyway. The right one froze up before getting home. This one waited 1,300 miles. Good Sam was great in sending a wrecker. The driver was able to back off the pressure and stayed with us to the repair facility. It would have taken him several hours to hook up, and we wanted to avoid being towed if at all possible. We were sent to a truck brake repair shop in the Redlands. They were great. We were back on the road on the 6th, and drove to Stockton, CA.

Newport, OR area

1 March, 2009 (14:12) | Uncategorized

May 5th - 8th

From Stockton, CA we stopped for the night in Phoenix, OR, and then arrived at Whalers Rest, a Thousand Trails Leisure Time park just south of Newport.

The park is just across the highway from the beach so we enjoyed the sounds of the surf and sunsets. While there we visited the Yaquina lighthouse and the Marine Aquairum.

This is a beautiful park with lots of tall trees, and a large indoor pool.

We went to the lighthouse several times, and at low tide could climb down and walk out to the tidepools.

“The-Dream - Rockin’ That Thang”

1 March, 2009 (11:58) | Uncategorized

New Song From , , Off Of His Upcoming Album,

I think I have said this before, but I am not the biggest fan of The-Dream for some reason, but I kind of like this song. It did not exactly blow me away, but I think Rockin’ That Thang is a song people will like, but it probably won’t be the best off of his upcoming album.

The beat left me wanting more, I just didn’t think it was strong enough. I thought it was good and fun, but I wasn’t wowed or impressed by it. I like The-Dream’s voice, so that helped the song in my opinion. Love vs. Money will probably be pretty good, but I really don’t think this is the best he has to offer.

On the 14th we moved to Thousand Trails at Pacific City. Lots of really tall trees and no signal of any kind. The beach was a short hike across the highway.
